Ecem Naz Gülşah

Ecem established E&B Education Consulting in 2021. Her work spans private teaching, academic mentoring, SEN-informed support and adult training, alongside consultation with families and organisations.
Working directly with learners makes the practical details visible: the instruction that needs rephrasing, the routine that is too complex, or the confidence that takes time to rebuild. These observations inform her wider work with educators and facilitators.
Her experience includes ESOL and Functional Skills, school and entrance-exam preparation, alternative-provision contexts, and conflict-awareness and emotional-literacy work. Her training practice includes freelance work with LEAP Confronting Conflict and tutor development with Young Giants.
